Card Cove
Association

The Card Cove Association (CCA) is a private membership organization that owns and maintains the dock, floats, and ramp at Card Cove on Ocean Point. Membership is held through Dinghy Right Ownership (DRO), which grants the right to use the dock and tie a conforming dinghy.

The dock serves as a vital connection between the Ocean Point community and the water, providing access to the harbor for residents and their guests. CCA coordinates seasonal float installation and removal, ongoing maintenance, and general stewardship of the facility.

To ensure the dock remains safe and accessible for all members, the following standards apply:

• Dock access is limited to current Dinghy Right Owners (DROs) and their guests.
• Only conforming dinghies in good condition may be tied to the dock. Non-conforming or commercial watercraft are not permitted.
• Dinghies must be properly secured and not obstruct access for other members.
• The dock, ramp, and floats are shared facilities — please treat them with care and report any damage or safety concerns to an officer.
• Seasonal float installation and removal is coordinated by the association. Do not adjust float lines or hardware without authorization.
